Do you want to explore strategies to enhance quality of life or emotional wellness to facilitate thriving? Problem solving skills, adaptability, coping skills enhancement, and emotional regulation are viable life skills as life circumstances may be in flux. I help children, teens, and adults to facilitate change, enhance wellness, and promote emotional growth. I'm solution focused and use an eclectic blend of therapeutic strategies to meet challenges faced interpersonally, at school, and in workplace.
A portion of my practice is working with children ages 8-17 with challenges in social skills, regulation of feelings, and ADHD/ADD. I work with young adults to enhance life skills as they transition to post-secondary education or enter the workplace. I offer adults 23 thru 65 a supportive place for exploration of life events and enhance emotional wellness.
Making the call for help can be anxiety provoking and difficult but so is not living one's life on own terms. Counseling can be the catalyst to attaining one's life goals. Together we will explore the path that will create your vision of peaceful living.
