Therapist for neurodivergent adults. I am ND-affirming and accepting of self-diagnosis. I use a very non-traditional approach to help you find your most authentic and self. I am trauma informed and use lived experience to build strong relationships with my clients. I specialize in dissociative disorders, unmasking autism and accepting disability, internalized ableism, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ community, and family or origin trauma.
I am passionate about working with those who struggle with feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, have difficulty making big decisions, hate asking for help, and saying no to others. I know how hard you work to "fit in" and how tired you are feeling. I also know how hard it is to reach out and ask for help, but you are worth it.
I live near Cincinnati with my husband and our 4 cats. I love to read, ride my Peloton bike, and play board games with friends. I have been in therapy to deal with my own struggles, and I believe this makes me uniquely qualified to understand how you will feel as a client and to help you set achievable goals. I am LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent affirming.
