My ideal client is interested in growth and change. I work with individuals who are seeking to better understand themselves, process their experiences, and heal from hurt. Mental health is health. Most of us have not been taught to think critically about our life experiences, emotions, and triggers, we're simply just reacting and not understanding why we're struggling. In my practice, I work with people to make connections, heal from past hurts, and understand their feelings. I specialize in working with women, but provide services to men and folks anywhere across the gender spectrum.
I specialize in working with people experiencing depression and anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem, parenting, change-of-life events, self-discovery/identity issues, body image issues, and trauma and abuse.
