After almost 10 years of working with feminine presenting people of all sorts of life experiences, I have found that, for as much as we differ as individuals, we also hold a lot of similarities in how we walk through life and interact with the world around us based on the societal expectations put on us every day.
As a holistic feminist therapist, I support women in finding their voices, taking up space in their own life, becoming accepting of their bodies/appearances, and creating relationships that are fulfilling rather than exhausting.
