I believe that part of the human condition is to sometimes feel stuck, and I take great pride in being able to help clients in becoming more self-aware and prepared to take on challenges the world offers. By creating a safe and supportive atmosphere, I aim to help individuals and families work through communication struggles and foster a healthy sense of connection. I believe the best therapy works by exploring presenting problems and also helping people take concrete/measurable action to create positive change in their lives. Fundamentally, I hope to help people find their place in the world and function successfully in it.
I am able to provide quality care for children ages 10 and up, caregivers, and family systems. I have experience addressing a variety of behavioral/emotional/relational concerns, such as: anxiety, social concerns, depression, ADHD, Family relationships, life transitions, and coparenting.
