As former Director of Behavioral Medicine at Mass General North, Children's Hospital in Salem, MA, I have over 20 years working with problems such as anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems, stress related problems (including GI distress and headaches), depression, self-injurious behavior, divorce, and social problems
I specialize in treating adolescents, adults, and families coping with these issues. I am well trained in effective techniques (tools) from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, dialectial behavior therapy (DBT), yoga therapy, and relaxation training to create a fluid treatment that is tailored to the individual(s).
