I love working with teenagers and adults who want help navigating a variety of issues. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth or confidence. They want skills and tools to help improve how they feel and what they do. I consider it a great privilege to help them learn and develop these skills. I also work with individuals and couples who experience sexual/intimacy challenges and concerns. Whether working with someone to gain more control over Out of Control Sexual Behavior or assisting individuals and couples through problems in their sex lives, I can help.
I have been in private practice for close to 15 years. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist. I strive to understand clients' values and work with them to align their behavior with their values using cognitive behavioral techniques.
