Free group counseling for the month of October. Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. Learn to "Change Negatives into Positives"! Like any maintenance, mental anguish may not improve on its own. Identifiable symptoms include memory loss, overthinking, avoidance, emptiness, sadness, panic attacks, and more. So, let’s take a step! I would ask you to fill out an assessment to help identify the problem that brought you to counseling. Once the problem is identified, I would like to help you develop measurable and productive mental health goals. With your goals we can look at your strengths and a pathways to foster healing and hope.
I am a Christian, and I can bring faith into our sessions if you the client desires. Since I worked in a prison, I came across vast amount of multicultural clients thus I believe my tools are sound and available without judgement. The main therapeutic concept in my view is learning to change distorted thinking. Think right, feel right. Questions welcomed.
