I am a licensed clinical psychologist who in 25 years of experience has developed a unique way of blending traditional psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy and current coaching techniques. I use my clinical expertise to evaluate where a client is today, what impediments from the past still play a role and then become a coaching partner for my clients to help them develop and realize personal goals.
The presenting problems can range from the psychological such as anxiety, depression; to the practical, such as time management, surmounting stage fright, developing management skills and business strategies, finding a partner, balancing work and family; to the more spiritual such as finding ways to reclaim youthful idealism and translating it into mid life action.
I have had the privilege of working with motivated clients from all walks of life, including business, finance, academia, performance and creative arts as well as clients from many nations.
