I use a mixture of techniques and have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing.
My approach is flexible and will cater to your needs. I want to hear what you have to say, and truly understand your goals in this work together. I do this by getting to know you and asking you to be as open as you are willing to be.
