Safe Haven Wellness Center is more than just a mental health practice; it’s a sanctuary for individuals seeking solace, growth, and empowerment. We are driven by a profound commitment to redefining strength and success through prioritizing mental wellness, particularly for Black professionals. Our core values are rooted in empathy, understanding, and a belief in the transformative power of validation and support. We are dedicated to challenging stereotypes and celebrating the unique strengths and resilience of each individual. We look forward to partnering with you on your transformative journey towards whole health.
Aleeza spent most of her life looking for a safe space and created Safe Haven Wellness Center to be a safe haven for anyone who entered our doors. As a trauma-certified therapist, some of her services include individual and family therapy, loss and grief therapy, spiritual-based therapy, support groups, and clinical supervision for students.
We acknowledge the complex impact of being Black in America and support our clients as they redefine what strength and success looks like. We believe it often takes someone who has been in the mud to help you dig your way out. At Safe Haven, we cultivate an environment that is safe to heal in, safe to change in, and safe to thrive in.
