I provide a unique experience using an eclectic client-centered approach to therapy that is deeply rooted in feministic theory and strengths-based approaches. I help (re)build self-worth, empower, and guide you to your true self. I encourage looking at life from various perspectives in order to fully understand how you can grow and become who you desire to be. You have the knowledge, I just help you sort it into a more usable format. I have experience navigating relationships/unique issues within the gaming, pop culture, and geek/nerd communities.
Being a registered psychotherapist in the state of Vermont, I must use supervised billing. When you call your insurance company to check coverage, my name may not come up however my clinical biller, Daniel Silverman PhD, can be used to verify MY coverage.
The first email or phone call is ALWAYS the hardest. Do not let anxiety or guilt stop you from growing and getting to where you need to be. I will respond with empathy and compassion. Please include times and days you are available and your insurance type.
