WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS: Are you looking to make a change in your life? I will help you gain insight and become your best self while helping you facilitate your life's purpose and meaning. I use a mix of counseling and coaching methods to help overcome anxiety, fear, anger, stress, depression, and communication problems to increase the ability to manage life's pressures. I will help you regain your self-confidence and self-esteem, build trust and clarify your values. For relationships: I use Gottman's evidence base tools to help realign a relationship or marriage, improve communication, and increase fondness and admiration.
I use a Gottman questionnaire that shaves off 4-5 sessions allowing the couples to see the strengths and areas of opportunity to improve communication and conflict resolution. I use cognitive behavior therapy and coaching to help individuals become their best self. I use a strength-base approach and like to help people increase their own awareness.
It's important to feel a connection with your therapist and I create a personalized treatment plan beneficial and achievable for you. Pet Grief Support Group
Did you just lose your beloved pet and feel sad and alone? Pet bereavement is real and a natural human emotional process. I offer a package of 4 individual sessions for $185 or when I have 4 or more people interested have a support group allowing an open forum to express your feelings, find support in others, gain education and peace as you walk through your loss. Group fee is $20 per group session. Please call to confirm for your first visit. Group date will vary according to total group count.
