I specialize in a variety of person-centered and strengths-based interventions to help people heal and grow. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
