I help clients experience peace, hope, motivation, self-love, practice boundary setting, enhance communication, and build resilience. You are worth good things! I offer support with divorce care, single parents, empty nest syndrome, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, cancer and illness support, including surgical and medical loss, as well as major life transitions. I am skilled in: Women’s and girls advocacy, female health and wellness, domestic violence support, and sex-positivity and empowerment.
