I work with adults using a psychodynamic approach (looking at how the past effects the present), while also taking into account thoughts and behaviors (CBT & DBT) in order to help individuals make change. I work with individuals who are experiencing effects from trauma, who want to improve their relationships, further explore themselves & the roles they play in their world, women’s issues, anxiety, & life transitions. I also offer Neurofeedback training and Ketamine assisted therapy which can be great complements to talk therapy if you have struggled to make progress and are open to experiencing big changes in your life!
Our relationship provides a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to explore reactions, thoughts, & feelings about relationships & experiences in your life, & your place within this system. I believe each individual has a unique view of the world based on their personal experiences, as well as innate wisdom, & we incorporate this as we work toward your goals.
