I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and currently lead a DBT group in addition to individual sessions. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my approaches. I am a Certified Grief Counselor and specialize in working with parents who have lost a child.
