I support clients to identify challenges, nurture strengths, and reconnect with feelings of vitality, wholeness, and purpose. I collaborate with each person to support meaningful connections to self and loved ones, to pets, to creative and spiritual practices, to work, community, and to the natural world. Compassion and a commitment to honoring each person as unique are guiding principles for my practice. I feel honored to listen to and support clients of diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
I work with individual adult clients (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, life/work transitions, chronic pain and problems of life. I also welcome clients already receiving integrative care such as yoga therapy, holistic chiropractic care, ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, naturopathy and functional medicine.
Inquiries and questions are welcome. I offer a free 15 minute phone or video consultation so that both you and I can decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
