Hope begins the journey for each of us to become the person we want to be. With positive unconditional regard and someone who listens, we humans naturally gravitate to feel comfort in who we are. We move toward health, self discovery, and compassion for ourselves and others. I’m passionate about being part of each person’s journey, focusing on each individual’s strengths and resilience. Clients also become comfortable in their bodies as healing our bodies facilitates mental and physical health.
In addition to seeing adults, I do theraplay, this modality builds positive, warm, relationships between parent and child. It helps each person, parent and child, to regulate emotions, and improve communication. I also do Jungian Sand Tray therapy and brainspotting. I support people using art, writing, dance, and yoga.
I’m nonjudgemental and look for the good in every person. Each person is worthy of being heard and accepted for who he, she, they are. I focus on helping each individual feel comfortable and at home in their body. I love watching people becoming their genuine selves. They develop curiosity and a sense of humor about life.
