My name is Sarah White, MS, LPC. My approach is Solution Focused Brief Therapy with an eclectic style. I specialize in PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and Depression. I work with individuals that struggle Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and other mental illnesses while helping them find their inner peace and balance. My client is free to express themselves without judgement in a safe, empathic, and authentic space. The environment I create is one of safety and calmness. Clients are free to express and explore their emotions while feeling supported, encouraged, and empowered.
20+ years in medical and seeing the need for mental health care. Having family members in need of mental health care. I am driving to helping others.
