I work with people who are struggling with feeling overwhelmed, and they may be experiencing anxiety or depression, or feelings of low self esteem or hopelessness and are searching for meaning and purpose, to make sense of their lives and their world and their place in it. They may want to improve how they communicate with others and themselves by learning to challenge and change negative and destructive thought and behavioral patterns. As social creatures we want and need to be heard and seen, to be validated and accepted!
I help people find and develop feelings of self esteem, confidence, competence and meaning in their lives by increasing mind-fullness and awareness of one's own thoughts and emotions, improving communication and interpersonal relationships, and learning and applying tools and strategies that work for you.
