My therapy practice centers on the belief that resolution is achievable when people come together as equals to work through life's difficult transitions and challenges. For some, this resolution requires assistance with healing from grief and loss. For others, practicing acceptance, learning new skills or mindfully and compassionately looking at prior life decisions to determine what has and has not worked is necessary in order to move forward.
I specialize in the treatment of individuals and couples who seek to improve their lives by working through the barriers to the forward momentum they desire. I have over 20 years of experience helping clients align their thoughts, feelings, actions and values so that life can be fully lived.
