I help individuals be confident as the captain of their treatment, venturing through the past to find answers to their present needs.
Over the last 10 years, I have helped many in various settings including community mental health, residential, acute psychiatric facilities, and private practice settings. I have a passionate interest in working with trauma as well as a broad experience with anxiety, grief, depression and other related illnesses.
Trauma focused CBT and cognitive behavioral therapy are the evidence based practices that I use. I am a TBRI practitioner and TF-CBT trained. I am committed to helping bring change in your life if you can make the first step. Life is hard but it doesn't have to be hard alone.
