I am a Certified Grief Educator , trained by David Kessler. I was honored to be contracted by the TV show "THE DOCTORS" to work with one of their case studies. I have completed Levels 1-3 of Gottman Training for couples. I practice eclectic therapy styles to meet clients within their comfort zone. My trauma therapy techniques include EMDR and Brainspotting. I have been in practice since 2009. I love what I do so I am a big believer in continuous trainings that will make me the best that I can be.
My focus includes depression, anxiety and grief for which I use Brainspotting, EMDR and CBT interventions. I am Gottman trained for couples/family work and am also a Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counselor. I offer an affordable sliding scale based on household income.
I believe in giving back to the community so have been the Board Chair and volunteer of a non-profit, Retrieving Independence, where we train service dogs in a prison to be placed with those suffering with disabilities, both physical and psychological. I would love the opportunity to help alleviate some of the issues that get in the way of a happy life.
