I utilize techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Talk Therapy, and a variety of other therapy modalities, based on client needs, for individual therapy work. I utilize the Gottman Method in couples therapy work. When requested by the client, I integrate Christian faith into therapy.
