I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 10 years. I have worked in educational and community mental health settings for a combination of 14 years. I have experience working with adolescents and adults that have experienced issues from depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions and adjustments.
I understand that life can come knocking at the door so hard that you would like to crawl under a rock and hide.
