Welcome to SMPsychotherapy & Counseling Services, we are a private practice of licensed therapists in the state of Connecticut. We specialize in areas such as: depression, anxiety, female issues, couples and family conflicts, women issues, bipolar, substance abuse, schizophrenia, personality disorder, among other emotional and mental health illnesses.
At time it may be difficult to accept that we need help, support and even guidance.
