My job is like a football coach. I work to help you see the potential you don't see in yourself; and give you the tools and encouragement to work on the hurdles you have in life. Cheering you on the whole time!
I specifically provide marriage counseling, including those looking to get married and sex therapy. I work with various relationship issues, communication, stress and parenting. I also work with a lot of excelling people (police/military, entrepreneurs, CEOs) focusing on men's issues of pressure, self esteem, career counseling, and sports performance.
Therapy doesn't have to include a couch, tissues, or a bunch of "uh huh's". It should be a place where you feel safe, to work towards a goal, and even have fun. I am here to help you do something different... so let's get to work!
