I utilize a holistic, collaborative, client centered approach incorporating multiple therapy modalities that include: acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, multicultural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and strengths-based therapy.
