I love working with families, couples and individuals (both teens and adults). I have a huge heart for working with teens and young adults and helping them have a more cohesive relationship with their family or at least repairing damage from their childhood. I can help couples rekindle their intimacy and learn good communication and boundaries. I've dealt with many issues like anger, anxiety, OCD, depression, family dynamics, trauma and so much more.
I work with a few different modalities. I let the client guide my choice (so you might say I'm client centered). During the assessment, I see if a client approaches things with their thoughts or their feelings. It also depends on what the client is struggling with. This will help me decide the kind of therapy that best matches the client.
