Putting together the pieces of your life can feel overwhelming when you're doing it alone and spinning your wheels trying to make growth and healing happen. I have experience working with clients who need help talking through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, infertility/fertility issues, stress, faith-based clients, anger management and more. I run an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults needing additional mental health support via group therapy (see below). I also provide premarital counseling using Save Your Marriage Before It Starts to help couples prepare to have a healthy, satisfying, lifelong marriage.
I work with clients to help them identify their goals, make realistic steps toward those goals, and help them express their feelings in a healthy way. Whether that means learning tools to cope with current stressors or digging into your past to address deeper-rooted patterns, we will work at your pace. I work with individuals who are ages 15 and older.
I like to take a holistic and personalized approach, looking at every area of your life to get to the root of what is causing your distress and working with you to find solutions that are specific to you. No matter what, you’ll get my Jersey-style, no-nonsense approach paired with a compassionate, validating presence and some humor when needed.
