I specialize in first-generation issues, complex family relationships, perinatal mental health, parenting, and those struggling with life transitions. I am passionate about working with BIPOC folks and the LGBTQ community. I focus in working with woman-identified people, pregnant parents, and those exploring mother and parental relationships. I am a 200 RYT registered yoga teacher and bring movement and mindfulness into therapy. My goal is to support clients by centering their experiences and truths. I help people find their way back to themselves
I aim to co-create a supportive and safe environment where you can explore, identify, and challenge. Using an attachment-based approach, I often work with folks who are healing their relationships and/or setting boundaries with their parents, or making sense of their childhood experiences. Ancestral and intuitive practices are centered and supported.
My style of therapy is warm, non-judgmental, affirming, and centered on empowerment and anti-oppressive practices. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and I incorporate an awareness of oppression and social justice into my work. I integrate different therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and somatic-based interventions
