They are parents navigating life with kids and feeling overwhelmed or individuals struggling with setting better boundaries with others. Clients also come to me after loosing a loved one and aren't sure how to move forward. It is possible to feel better.
I believe there is value in having a space to be who you without any worry of judgement. A space to obtain a different perspective that isn't a family member or friend. A space where you can process and gain tools/skills to feel better and happier as you take on each chapter of your life.
