Many young adults, college students, and adolescents struggle with challenges related to managing ADHD, anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience working with ADHD and help clients manage symptoms and challenges through education, a compassionate understanding and the development of individualized strategies to help with your particular challenges. I am a certified CBT therapist and find this evidence based therapy a cornerstone in treating anxiety and depression. Sometimes these challenges coexist with each other. We will work together to decide what your particular needs are and develop a plan that fits those needs.
I have 15 plus years of experience in working with adolescents and young adults. ADHD is of particular interest to me because I feel it is a very misunderstood and under-treated disorder. It is difficult to find therapists who specialize in this area of treatment. I would like to help in changing this.
