Welcome! I provide guidance and support to individuals in their journey toward living more wholeheartedly. In our work together, we will explore thought processes, qualities of the heart, inner emotions, bodily sensations, and relational patterns in order to support the development of the heart and mind. I support my clients in connecting with and expanding the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit to bring healing and relief from life's suffering. With curiosity as a guide, our journey together will draw upon the cultivation of deeper insight and self-awareness meeting each moment with compassion.
I use an integrative and holistic approach to address the whole person which will be supported by time in nature (if desired) and my background as a practicing yoga and meditation teacher, health educator, and lifelong ayurvedic learner. I also carry a unique understanding of the complexities of systems, especially those within divorced and blended families.
Through a feminist approach, I enjoy working with women to overcome societal pressures around body image/weight, mothering, being childfree, sexuality, or other parts of your experience, it is all welcome to explore! I find it a great privilege to support individuals on their life's journey, and I would be honored to hold space for you.
