I specialize in trauma, anxiety/depression, and young adult transitional issues. I prefer to utilize Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practices to help build your life around your core values and conquer anxiety.
