My desire is to help people that are having difficulties adapting to change, facing hardships or just wanting to understand themselves better.
I have been fortunate enough to have worked with a diverse population. I have met and walked alongside people going through divorce and those who have dealt with and are currently dealing with anxiety and depression. I have worked with those that are in the process of grief and those who are trying to find a way back to themselves.
In seasons of uncertainty and doubt, many people crave clarity and a sense of understanding. I want to help guide you in discovering yourself, as well as, the world around you. My goal is to provide a friendly and welcoming environment where clients feel safe enough to examine different things such as their patterns of behavior, thoughts or emotions.
