For as long as I can remember I have had an inner drive to be as helpful to others as possible. This drive has led me down several paths in life but ultimately ended with me gaining a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University a COAMFTE accredited program. I have extensive experience in working with addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication issues, low self-esteem, and at-risk youth. I enjoy helping others develop their ability to meet their needs in a healthy and appropriate way, improve relationship dynamics, and increase overall life satisfaction.
I first began working with at-risk youth, their families, and parents/couples in 2000. Over the years I obtained the schooling and credentials to specifically address addiction, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, marital and family relationship dynamics, and building healthy lines of communication.
Life is more demanding than ever and with that comes heightened stress, anxiety, and depression. These mental health issues not only impact you but the lives of those around you. Too many suffer in silence and turn to external things, such as substances, food, electronics, gaming, etc, to cope. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Lets' increase life satisfaction
