Specific populations that I tend to work with include college students, recently single people, people who grew up too fast, adult adoptees, survivors of narcissistic abuse, and perfectionists/high achievers. Common themes include attachment, relationship issues, communication, emotions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and inner child healing.
Therapy with me will help you understand yourself better, understand others better, and find inner peace. I use a warm and empathetic approach to support you and teach you the techniques that you'll need to reach your goals.
