Hello, I am happy you are here. My name is Teagan MacKnight, a Clinical Mental Health Therapist with MH Counseling, LLC. I work primarily with individuals, specializing in working with middle schoolers, college aged individuals, and adults. I see each client as an individual and find that an integrative, client-centered approach is necessary to best serve each client. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment/life-cycle transitions, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and treating trauma utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.
