I am a level II licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor and certified anxiety- informed Professional. I offer a variety of video counseling services to include alcohol & drug assessment, substance abuse counseling, and a unique approach for managing anxiety. Working closely with physicians who prescribe Suboxone, we provide one of TN's premier outpatient options for opiate addiction. My goal while working with individuals and couples in therapy is to help you cope with emotional pain and life stressors in order for you to lead a healthier and happier life. I work with adults (Individuals, couples, and families) across a number of life experiences and mental health issues. I also work with the LGBTQIA+ community as an "out" counselor. I approach counseling from a multicultural and social justice viewpoint and have lived and worked in many countries and US states. I draw from these experiences to understand your unique situation.
