Are you feeling stuck? Most people come to therapy because something is not working in their life now. Rarely do we consider that it probably has more to do with our past than our present. It is in discovering the negative mind sets that have become our core beliefs that we are able to gain the insight and wisdom to change what is keeping us stuck. We end up living our life out of the negative beliefs that we have taken as our own and written upon our soul. We take them with us into our relationships; we make life decisions based on them. In essence, those negative mindsets/beliefs become our way of being.
I am a certified EMDR Therapist and owner and founder of The Sound Mind and am licensed in both Idaho and California. I offer an intensive format which I believe to be a much more effective and time honoring way to get at the core of what is keeping you stuck. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
