inactive Radically Open DBT skills class
RO DBT is a new evidence-based treatment that targets over-controlled behavior. Excessive self control often leads to social isolation, emotional loneliness, chronic depression, treatment resistant anxiety, anorexia nervosa, obsessive-compulsive, avoidant & paranoid personality disorders and autism spectrum disorders. 30 week class (ongoing and open), can start anywhere in the cycle. 3-4 individual preparation appts are required before starting the class. Your own individual therapy needs to be maintained throughout participation in this class. Contact either Ellie Fields ellie@atcnebraska.com for an appt.
