I am currently not accepting new clients. I no longer accept insurances, but am still a Give-An-Hour provider for current clients and provide a sliding fee scale.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic talk therapies, Family Systems theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others. My primary mode of therapy is relational talk therapy.
I believe in working in collaboration with individuals seeking help with emotional and life issues. I also come from a background of supervising both graduate and undergraduate students in Clinical Supervision. I hold certifications in EMDR I and II, Traumatic Stress Studies and Treatment, Clinical Supervision, and BASICS.
