My goal as a therapist is to facilitate healing for my clients by focusing on the connection between the mind and body. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and continue to be affected by those events. Whether the trauma occurred in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, I believe that people can find peace through the mind-body connection.

I am a trauma-informed counselor who utilizes modern trauma treatment approaches to reduce symptoms. In addition, I help clients develop coping strategies and improve their relationship skills to strengthen connections. My goal is to help provide inner healing to those who suffer with the adverse effects of trauma in their lives.

I welcome those who are feeling hopeless, worthless, burdened by shame or self-blame, grappling with faith/spirituality, experiencing chronic pain, living in fear, or disconnected from others. Taking the first step towards healing requires courage, and I am here to offer you encouragement and support as you embark on this healing journey.
