Seeking therapy can be an intimidating process! I strive to create a laid-back, peaceful & safe environment to ensure client comfort while laying the groundwork for open communication & growth. With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds who have experienced a wide range of life challenges including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, parenting, caregiver &/or job-related stress/burnout, low self-esteem & more. I utilize therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral, client-centered, solution-focused, dialectical behavior therapy & mindfulness training.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I take a holistic, individualized, strengths-based approach to help clients navigate the various challenges in life. Therapy is not “one size fits all”, I will take time to listen to your specific needs & goals in order to determine the most appropriate and beneficial treatment course.
Life can be overwhelming & extremely stressful! My goal is to help clients realize their strengths, learn effective skills & empower them to take the necessary steps to reach their full potential.
