You are not alone, I love to meet with people who desire to overcome mental illness, trauma, and relationship stress. With counseling we can explore ways to heal and grow. I work with adults, kids, teens, and families to help address life's bumps and bruises. Not currently accepting couples.
I approach therapy with my clients with a calm and empathetic nature. I treat people with dignity and respect because they are looking to address the troubles of life by walking into my office. I have been trauma focused trained and use Brainspotting, EMDR, and talk therapy to assist clients with trauma work.
