People come to see me for a variety of reasons including: Relationship issues, stress and anxiety, depression and dissatisfaction with life, body image and eating issues, grief, transitions, and letting go, trauma recovery, identity, life purpose, and spiritual questions. I integrate mindfulness practice with psychotherapy to directly work with your thoughts, emotions, and habitual behavioral patterns for your optimal health and well being. Compassion, empathy, and presence define my relational approach.
I work therapeutically within a trusting relationship to help people improve their relational life. This includes getting to the root and untangling knots from childhood wounding that gets in the way of giving and receiving love.
In addition to my clinical training at NYU and Naropa University, I have practiced yoga and meditation for over over 15 years. Call me so that we can discuss your personal needs and how psychotherapy can help you live a mindful life of relaxed, joyful, connection with yourself and others.
