I believe that the human spirit is oriented toward growth and expansion. My intention when working together is to serve as a collaborator, ally and accountability partner toward your highest good. My work focuses on custom-crafting simple, evidence-based practices that can make a difference in your daily life - creative practices that will help decrease stress and anxiety, address trauma big and small, and foster better communication and relationships. These practices could range from guided visualization to CBT.
I have a diverse background in somatic modalities, spiritual traditions, energy practices and the creative arts. My style of counseling is strength based and integrative with a focus on teaching self-care, coping skills and self-empowerment tools. I have a directive approach and often work from a somatic (body-oriented) and mindfulness based framework.
