My counseling practice is called Trailworks Counseling because together we will improve well-being through modern therapy and outdoor activity. If you suffer anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, or you are having relationship struggles, we can work through those issues by forming a positive, authentic connection and bring shifts toward clarity and wisdom. Sessions couple Rapid Resolution Therapy with the inherent healing power of our trails as an alternative "office" setting.
